Supports master's or doctoral graduate research related to water resources. Research areas include, but are not limited to, engineering sciences, physical and chemical sciences, biological sciences, health sciences, political sciences, and planning and public policy. There is no citizenship requirement but the bulk of the research must be conducted in the U.S.
